Festival Dancing - 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
We’re currently taking sign-ups for our festival dancing at this summer’s Mediterranean Moves – Hafla at the Hoover. Festival dancing begins at 11:00 am and our last act takes the stage at 5:10 pm. All acts are 7 minutes, and performers should bring their music on a CD (along with a backup CD) and be at the event half-hour prior to your performance. To sign up for your 7 minute dance slot, please e-mail your request to info@sfbamecda.org and place “Hafla at the Hoover – Dance Slot Request” in the Subject line. All requests are first-come first-served. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Video Fundraiser
Dancing in the festival? Help contribute to SF/BA MECDA's ongoing fundraising activities for “Next Door, Solutions to Domestic Violence”. We have pledged to donate a portion of each video made towards ending domestic violence. DVD's are only $30 and will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of the event. Vendors - 11:00 - 8:00 pm
We are pleased to offer a select group of vendors including Zelina, Paloma of Lunatic Fringe, Sarah of Wicked Smiley's Oojala and SJE Creations / Labyrinth Studio. Although our space is filled for this event, if you are interested in vending at future SF/BA MECDA events, send us an e-mail to info@sfbamecda.org with "Vendor Inquiry" in the subject line.

From San Francisco
1. Take 280 South towards San Jose.
2. Merge onto 880 North towards Oakland.
3. Exit at The Alameda (CA-82) and turn Right at the light.
4. Proceed down The Alameda for five blocks to Naglee Avenue.
5. Turn Right on Naglee and continue down four blocks to Park Avenue.
6. Turn Left on Park and proceed to Sandringham Way.
7. Turn Right into the parking lot at Sandringham and Park.
From Oakland
1. Take 880 South towards San Jose.
2. Exit at The Alameda (CA-82) and turn Left at the light.
3. Proceed down The Alameda for five blocks to Naglee Avenue.
4. Turn Right on Naglee and continue down four blocks to Park Avenue.
5. Turn Left on Park and proceed to Sandringham Way.
6. Turn Right into the parking lot at Sandringham and Park.
From Pleasanton
1. Take 680 South towards San Jose.
2. Merge onto 101 North towards San Francisco.
3. Merge onto 880 South towards Santa Cruz.
4. Exit at The Alameda (CA-82) and turn Left at the light.
5. Proceed down The Alameda for five blocks to Naglee Avenue.
6. Turn Right on Naglee and continue down four blocks to Park Avenue.
7. Turn Left on Park and proceed to Sandringham Way.
8. Turn Right into the parking lot at Sandringham and Park.
From Gilroy
1. Take 101 North towards San Francisco.
2. Merge onto 880 South towards Santa Cruz.
3. Exit at The Alameda (CA-82) and turn Left at the light.
4. Proceed down The Alameda for five blocks to Naglee Avenue.
5. Turn Right on Naglee and continue down four blocks to Park Avenue.
6. Turn Left on Park and proceed to Sandringham Way.

From Santa Cruz
1. Take Highway 17 towards San Jose. Highway 17 becomes 880 North.
2. Exit at The Alameda (CA-82) and turn Right at the light.
3. Proceed down The Alameda for five blocks to Naglee Avenue.
4. Turn Right on Naglee and continue down four blocks to Park Avenue.
5. Turn Left on Park and proceed to Sandringham Way.
6. Turn Right into the parking lot at Sandringham and Park.
